William "Bill" T. Wilson
President & CEO
Bill has a diverse background in the energy industry. He was formerly president of FAME Energy, and before that he was president of UNOCAL Global Trade, UNOCAL's worldwide marketing, trading and pipeline division. Before joining UNOCAL, he held upstream and midstream engineering and management positions with British Petroleum, Tenneco and Exxon. Bill holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has been a member of the NYMEX and a member of the Board of Directors of the Natural Gas Supply Association. Bill is currently a board member & Vice Chairman of the International Liquid Terminals Association.
John Lorren
Sr.Vice-President, Terminal Operations
John has been with Houston Fuel Oil Terminal since July 1980. He has spent the majority of his career in the bulk liquid terminal industry and has held positions in operations, construction and customer service departments. He is an active participant in the Houston Ship Channel's Industry Users Group.
Robert Riemer
Sr.Vice-President, Terminal Services & Regulatory Affairs
Robert has been with Houston Fuel Oil Terminal since 1980 and has more than 30 years experience in the terminal business. He has worked in various aspects of the terminal business including construction, maintenance and operations. Robert is currently a board member of the Clean Channel Association.
Kevin Hickey
Vice-President, Business Development
Kevin has been at HFOTCO since December 2006 and has a diverse 30 year background in the bulk terminal and liquid pipeline business. He previously served in various Business Development roles with CITGO, Shell Pipeline, Equilon, and Texaco Trading and Transportation. Kevin earned an MBA from the University of Houston and is currently a board member of the Greater Houston Port Bureau.
Mike Mangan
Vice-President, Finance
Mike has direct experience in finance, including borrowing, lending and hedging activities. He previously served as director of finance Weingartern Realty Investors, where he was also a member of the Finance Committee, and has held positions with Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Reliant Resources. Mike earned his bachelors degree from Hofstra University School of Business.
Lex Moyers
Vice-President, Construction
Lex has been with Houston Fuel Oil Terminal for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in the bulk liquid terminal industry with specific background in engineering, construction, operations and maintenance.
