Shaun M. Revere
Chief Executive Officer

Shaun has over 19 years of experience in the bulk liquid terminal industry. He has held various positions in maintenance, operations and marketing with GATX and Oiltanking. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of the petroleum trading business from his time as president of Mabanaft. Shaun graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Industrial Engineering and earned his MBA degree from Rice University.

Robert Riemer
Sr.Vice-President, Terminal Services & Regulatory Affairs

Robert has been with Houston Fuel Oil Terminal since 1980 and has more than 30 years experience in the terminal business. He has worked in various aspects of the terminal business including construction, maintenance and operations. Robert is currently a board member of the Clean Channel Association.

Mike Mangan
Vice-President, Finance

Mike has direct experience in finance, including borrowing, lending and hedging activities. He previously served as director of finance Weingartern Realty Investors, where he was also a member of the Finance Committee, and has held positions with Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Reliant Resources. Mike earned his bachelors degree from Hofstra University School of Business.

Lex Moyers
Vice-President, Construction

Lex has been with Houston Fuel Oil Terminal for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in the bulk liquid terminal industry with specific background in engineering, construction, operations and maintenance.

Blake Trahan
Vice-President, Marketing & Sales

Blake Trahan brings to Houston Fuel Oil Terminals more than 23 years of experience in the petroleum and petrochemical logistics industry, previously holding commercial and business development positions with Chevron, Unocal, Oiltanking and L & R Chartering. His expertise includes third party transportation and storage of crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals in pipelines, terminals, marine vessels and rail cars. Blake graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
